Initial forecast…
More to follow on Monday, unless this forecast is fulfilled before.
Observed Japan’s 7.0. There are three other more interesting quakes quakes that triangulate to this forecast area. So the 7.0 is off center to these three quakes. I think it could be a foreshock to something larger, perhaps 8.0+. As I type this a 3.1 just struck on the outer area I am watching. I will need time when I have more time to do a thorough review come this Monday.
On a side note: I am well, friends and family are well. I just have not seen any possible moderate or larger activity for North America the last month or so. But there is a possibility this 7.0 could be part of seismic energy that will strike inland Western half of USA starting around 2021-03-28 to 2021-04-03, and that could be another forecast. And Happy St. Patties Day to all you/us with Irish blood!

On 20th March at 03:58:27 UTC, the moon was located on longitude 165’01’W… the opposite longitude calculates as 14’59’e Mt Etna volcano. Also at this time, the sun was located on longitude 122’16’E !
I believe notable correlations on the day of a “significant” earthquake… always hold potential for future “related” events !

This forecast was not “fulfilled” to the specified details required, and did not reach the stated 6+ target range. However, I for one knows how much you have contributed towards differential seismic theory during the last twelve months. And therefore, would have no objection “on this occasion” for a successful proclamation being submitted… but I do not speak for everyone !

Nope, I am a stickler for harsh truth and science. This forecast looked some simple and promising. Then I did some data over the last few months and beyond, so I thought I had an easy fish to catch.
But the M 7.0 did not yield the normal “after” energy.
But North America is still baffling me. I don’t know if I should lay in the hammock or run crazy down the streets yelling the “big one” is about to hit!
So I am just holding back and watching.
I do think we will see some “waves” of quakes roll through North America for the next few weeks. And likely M 2.0-ish activity, but in waves.
As for the possibility of my forecast comment that we could see energy from the M 7.0 strike N. America 2021-03-28 to 2021-04-03, I would have to say it needs to be M 4.9 to low M 6.0ish range. I am observing an up tic from 4.1 to 4.8, so we shall see how high it goes.
