An aspect change has been recorded in the ACE data today at 19:44 UTC (1st Dec). The sun was located on longitude 118’44’W at this time. Combining this with the RLT being located in the Greater Los Angeles Area at 19:44 UTC, calculates as solar noon / RLT on East side of route 5, Santa Clarita.

The aspect change was “moderate”… but may be enough to place LA in the Q listings during the next 24 hours !

This region has been noted in online data several times during the last 48 hours. Giving an approx ETA didn’t work out too well last time, so I think I will just say… Santa Barbara !!

Continuing this forecast for 5 days from 00:01 UTC December 7
