Prediction for an eruptive event from Mt Etna Volcano in Sicily, Italy

Commencing 00:15 UTC December 7, for 5 days

The online volcano website http://www.volcanodiscovery.com is reporting that mild to moderate strombolian activity at this volcano, which started at approx 16:00 UTC yesterday (6th Dec) has been intensifying during the last 24 hours. I have not logged many correlations with Mt Etna volcano during the past week, but I believe “circumstance” may contribute to an eruption wjthin the next few days.

Circumstance I am referring too, relates to the post seismic M 5.7 Samoa Islands event of 6th Dec, which occurred at 15:42:44 UTC. At the time of this event, the ATB threshold was located on the post seismic M 6.5 South of Fiji Islands epicentre of 8th Nov… it was moonset on the M 5.6 New Ireland P.N.G. epicentre of 3rd Dec… it was also moonset on the M 5.6 Kuril Islands epicentre of 5th Dec… and it was sunset on the western flanks of Mt Etna Volcano. Circumstantial contribution could relate to the fact that, since 15:42:44 UTC 6th Dec, and up to the time of this post… no further “5+” events have occurred !

    Thank you

After a period of 50 hours 50 minutes without a 5+ event occurring, an M 5.2 event has occurred in Costa Rica at 18:31:39 UTC 8th Dec. Exactly “12 hours” earlier at 06:32 UTC, it was sunset on the post seismic M 6.5 South of Fiji epicentre of 8th Nov… as mentioned in the previous post !!

With respect to recent events at White Island volcano in New Zealand on 9th Dec, I have compiled a T sequence for the 8th Dec in relation to solar / lunar threshold contacts with this location. As unconventional my theories may seem in respect of volcanology and seismology, I would like to believe that in my own way, I am contributing towards the “bigger picture”…

14:50 UTC ATB – The ATB threshold was located on White Island volcano, but in this case it was also joined by moonset… therefore, a double threshold contact. Also correlating at this time, it was moonset on the post seismic M 6.5 South of Fiji Islands epicentre of 8th Nov (as mentioned above)… Sunset on Mt Piton de la Fournaise volcano in Reunion… Sunset on Erat Ale volcano in Ethiopia… the SLT was located on Mt Shishaldin volcano in the Aleutian Islands… and it was sunrise in Ventura, California (with regards to previous correlations).

16:43 UTC Sunrise – it was sunset in Volcano, Big Island, Hawaii… and the ATE threshold was located on the post seismic M 6.0 Crete, Greece epicentre of 27th Nov.

00:03 UTC Solar Noon – the ATE threshold was located on Mt Nevado Del Ruiz volcano in Colombia… and the ATB threshold was located on Mt Piton de la Fournaise volcano in Reunion.

07:23 UTC Sunset – the ATE threshold was located on Mt Opala volcano in Kamchatka… and it was moonset on the post seismic M 6.0 Arica, Chile epicentre of 3rd Dec.

09:14 UTC ATE – it was sunrise on volcanoes Mt Copahue and Mt Villarrica in Southern Peru… and moonset on the post seismic M 6.3 Chiapas, Mexico epicentre of 20th Nov.

When the moon was located on the same longitude as White Island volcano (177’10’E) at 09:05:31 UTC, it was moonset on Mt Fuego volcano in Guatemala.

The next “significant” correlation occurs on 14th December at 09:21 UTC, when the ATE threshold will be located on White Island volcano, at the same time it is moonrise… another double contact. This time will also coincide with the RLT being located on Mt Asama volcano in Honshu, Japan… and it will be sunrise on Mt Nevados De Chillan volcano in Southern Peru. The most recent correlation between these two volcanoes, occurred on 3rd Dec. At 07:29:30 UTC, an M 5.4 occurred off the coast of Arica, Chile… it was sunset on Mt Asama volcano, and the ATB threshold was located on Mt Nevados De Chillan volcano. On 4th Dec at 20:10:03 UTC, an M 6.0 event occurred in Vanuatu… the ATB threshold was located on Mt Asama volcano at this time.

It may also be relevant to mention, on 13th Dec between times 20:10:10 UTC – 21:47:38 UTC, the moon will be located on latitude 23’14’N for the duration of this period… its most Northerly lateral position for the month of December (relative to Earth). At 20:10 UTC, the ATB threshold will be located on the post seismic M 7.1 Molucca Sea epicentre of 14th Nov… and at 21:48 UTC, it will be sunrise on Mt Asama volcano.

My hypothesis is based on the assumption that electromagnetic correlation occurs between pre / post seismic locations and active volcanoes. Therefore, although levels of activity had been increasing one month prior to the White Island volcano eruption. I am also making the assumption that the ATB / Moonset contact of 14:50 UTC 8th Dec, combined with moonset on the post seismic M 6.5 South of Fiji epicentre, contributed to an “ignition point” prior to eruption. On 14th December at 09:21 UTC, a similar scenario will be played out with different threshold elements.

It may also be worth pointing out, the VAAC in Tokyo currently lists the status of Mt Asama volcano as “normal or dormant”. The last report issued for Mt Asama was on Monday 26th August, when a small eruption occurred. The only volcano they do list as “restless” in this region is Mt Kusatsu-Shirane, which is located 16 miles North of Mt Asama… so the data works for here too.

My heart and thoughts are with the people caught up in this terrible tragedy, and I wished to be unburdened by posting what I observed. I was compiling data for a future forecast on Cook Strait, New Zealand… but “my” reality is, most of this data also corresponded with White Island volcano !!

    Thank you and god bless…

God bless Sir and thank you for your hard work. It all makes sense to me. An event at a time and we will get there.
