Within an hour of posting this proclamation, USGS has down graded this event to M 5.1… EMSC usually has a 1 second event time difference with USGS… it currently stands as 3 seconds difference !!
A glitch on this site is no longer allowing me to post on the forum page… perhaps USGS is having the same problem with their magnitude data !!
