M4.5 successfully predicted by Tayrance Allen on 3/16/17

For the record: this is one of four test forecasts that I made, in order to make sure I could even contribute to the group. This first one was written on paper only, but I included the details screenshot from my phone that includes the time stamp. Almost all of my forecasts that followed to date start soon after the alert map is created but there is no social media post so this one is unofficial and unverified. I had the area on 48 hour alert starting 3/15/17 03:00UTC time for a 4.0 – 5.3 magnitude event.
