    Location: Fiji, 18°20’26.4″S 177°00’56.5″E 500km radius

This is Southwest of Fiji Island.

    Mag: 2.0+

Timing Danger Zone depending upon solar activity:
    3/26/17 through 3/28/17 UTC

Possible Causes: Continuing discharge from line of blot echo earthquakes. Declining in strength from prior blot echo line, at this writing, last noted as: “Magnitude: 4.9 Depth:21.33, Location: 134km SSW of Lata, Solomon Islands, Lat: -11.8941 Lon: 165.5133, Date: Sat Mar 25 2017 12:54:17 GMT-0500 (Central Daylight Time), due to underwater volcanic activities and deep ocean trenches absorbing discharge. Follows structured geomagnetic pattern in both oceanic and terrestrial history of region. This could be a huge error, but my perception is that the location epicenter will be at sea, and will discharge before reaching land due to volcanic absorption of this particular strand of blot echoes, during low solar minimum / spot activity and weather patterns.

    Event Note On: 2017-03-26 17:37 UTC 4.5 508.54 South of the Fiji Islands -179.22 -24.43 or -17.747000,-178.302000

Note on Forecast: -17.843045, 177.008455 / 12.21 KM off, and held back on Mag due to being conservative. Still may see activity by 3/28/16, but would have preferred to accurately forecast the noted event today. Will revisit methodology to improve accuracy. To build a warning system that saves lives, accuracy and mathematical precision will not allow for incorrect position or coordinates.
