Region of Haiti and Cuba of Windward passage and mainland Haiti, 18N -72 W to cuba region south to south of Jamaica. Box of 20N -71 W, 20N -77W , 16N and -71W and 16N and -77W. A greater than M7 EQ in 30 days based on trigger event(blot echo in Dominican Republic at greater than 100KM depth). If SECOND event occurs at the same DR location, the timeframe could be shorter than 30 days. Two events, blot echos, in southern DR were observed prior to the 2010 Haiti earthquake.
