July 24 to 30, 2018. M7+ earthquake, location: 100 mile diameter from central point of Lat/Long 19N 155W Kileaua area. Incoming coronal holes increase probability. No Blot Echo but one to the south and west in the Indonesia area, the deep crustal feature shaped like a sideways L. Ongoing earthquakes, with a new earthquake of magnitude 5.5 July 23, 2018. Smaller M4 quakes have stopped occurring between M5s, only M5+ for the past week or so. AND USGS,three days ago, started warning of magna reaching water table which will cause/increase power of more major explosive events similar to 1924. Since this current 2018 event is already more intense for this volcano in 200 yrs, this is a weird warning. USGS warning of explosive event, comparison to 1924 but volcano has had more activity/Rift zone events than any prior? Curious. I think they are worried. No comments made on the number of deeper earthquake along the Big Crack area (blue is deeper than 33Km), with others parallelling the eastern rift zone at depth of 3+ KM, which is the slide area depth of the large block of slipping land. Today, the other reason for this forecast, the quakes are almost all in the crater area, not along the rift zone. This is a different pattern, plus the deformation/subsidence is increasing its angle slightly for the crater collapse over the past week. Lava is now coming up and forming offshore island, and oozing into the ocean entry thru underwater cracks, or at least the flow channels are not visable from the air.

Yes, I know, five day warning, but this could be rather nasty when it finishes it tantrum…
Are any of these observations of use? Well if you dont observe, you dont have a clue when something happens..a tool for comparison.

Concerning the quakes have changed character and now deep and under the rift zone..deep quakes on the layer of slide region. Expect a 6-7+ M quake will cause deformation/movement of rift area. Oceanographers have placed devices to measure undersea land movement on the hilna slump undersea areas last month to be collected in Sept 2018. Major quakes have suddenly stopped, magma is stopped coming into rift zone..all quiet on the western front so to speak. I dont think this eruption is finished, the quakes deep underground could be magma movement..or signs of a destabilization process of some sort.
