Location: Bordering Chile/Bolivia/Argentina [see alert map]
    Potential Magnitude: M5.8 – M7.0
Forecast Duration: 7 days, beginning 21:31:05 UTC Monday, July 24, 2017
    Alert Map: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B83EkoitOiKQLVI2SktJTDJLZzg/view?usp=sharing

This forecast is based off a persistent Total Electron content [TEC] anomaly in the ionosphere that appeared on South America’s TEC map 07/23/2017 beginning at approx. 0:00 UTC. A M4.5 – 74km NE of Calama, Chile 2017-07-24 04:21:42 UTC at a depth of 115 km [USGS] had occurred nearby the anomaly, but I do not believe that particular earthquake is related. I believe this to be a precursor to a seismic event of a higher magnitude. I will link a few more images:

To clarify, then encircled area on the Alert Map is the watch zone.

I am going to extend this watch 3 days, for a total of 10 days,
As it states in the paper A statistical investigation of pre-earthquake ionospheric TEC anomalies
“among the 50 earthquakes, 47 were preceeded by apparent anomalous increases and/or decreases within 10 days before the earthquakes”
