This forecast is for a possible eruptive event from either Mt Etna, Mt Stromboli or Mt Merapi volcanoes, within 7 days of the stated time.

A significant aspect change was recorded in the ACE Magnetic Field data at 22:38 UTC. This ranks as the most significant I have witnessed in the last 4 weeks. At this time, the sun was located on longitude 158’17’W… the M 7.8 Alaska event of 22nd July occurred on longitude 158’31’W. Also at this time, the ATB threshold was located on Tajikistan… it was sunrise in China and Eastern Java… sunset through Venezuela to Southern Peru… the moon was located on 121’34’E Taiwan / Philippines / Sulawesi… the RLT was located on Mt Etna volcano… and it was moonrise on Mt Stromboli volcano.

The same aspect change can also be seen in the Solar Isotope Spectrometer data (SIS), and this peaks at 23:25 UTC. The moon was located on longitude 110’11’E at this time… Mt Merapi resides on longitude 110’26’E. It is very rare for significant aspect changes to occur in the SIS data, and this got my attention !
