Location: Off Coast of Maule, Chile … 73’00’W – 35’00’S
Magnitude: 6.5 – 7.5
Margin: 400 Radial Kilometres
Period: From 00:01 UTC July 24, for 7 days
Analysis…
On 20th July between times 16:35:26 UTC – 16:37:21 UTC, it will be exactly “New Moon”… the sun and moon will traverse from longitude 67’15’W to longitude 67’43’W during this period. For reference purposes, these longitudes are within the realms of the Island of Puerto Rico. With the aid of my model and http://www.timeanddate.com , I carried out a 24 hour analysis of New Moon day in 10 minute increments, checking for potential threshold contacts with known seismic regions. Thresholds on this day would be paired together in close proximity due to the sun / moon positions i.e. sunrise / moonrise … sunrise / RLT … sunset / moonset … sunset / SLT. The exercise resulted in multiple contacts in the order of 20+ as would be expected. But only the region of Southern Chile received a double hit during this 24 hour period. Correlation occurred within a corridor between Valparaiso and Bio-Bio… the choice of forecasting Maule is for strategic purposes.
On 20th July at 11:46 UTC, Sunrise and the RLT (Rising Lunar Threshold) will be located on coordinates 71’37’W – 33’47’S Valparaiso… this is the most Northerly latitude this correlation occurs on. At 11:58 UTC, Sunrise and the RLT will be located on coordinates 72’59’W – 36’17’S Bio-Bio… this being the most Southerly latitude of this corridor. At 21:59 UTC, it will be sunset and moonset on the Bio-Bio coordinates. followed by sunset / moonset on the Valparaiso coordinates at 22:00 UTC.
Within this corridor during the next 20 days, the Chile ATB threshold (Astronomical Twilight Begins) will correlate to sunset on the post seismic M 6.6 Naza, Japan epicentre of 13th June, and the ATE threshold will be located on the post seismic M 6.2 Micronesia epicentre of 6th July. The Chile sunrise will correlate with the ATE threshold being located on the post seismic M 6.6 Naze, Japan epicentre, and the ATE threshold being located on the post seismic M 6.7 Java Sea epicentre. The Chile ATE threshold will correlate with sunrise on the post seismic M 6.1 Andaman Islands epicentre of 17th July. The Chile moonrise will correlate with moonrise on the post seismic M 7.4 Oaxaca, Mexico epicentre of 23rd June, and moonset on the Post seismic M 6.1 Andaman Islands epicentre.
Current seismic and volcanic correlations for the month of July include…
4th July 09:53:00 UTC – M 5.5 Tajikistan… -12 hours = sunset in Valparaiso
11th July 21:53:01 UTC – M 5.4 Bougainville… actual = sunset in Valparaiso
15th July 22:27 UTC – Mt Suwanose-jima explosion… -12 hours = ATB in Bio-Bio
16th July 20:03:09 UTC – M 5.1 Shikoku, Japan… -12 hours = moonrise in Bio-Bio + sunset on post seismic M 7.0 Eastern P.N.G. of 17th July
18th July 02:07 UTC – Mt Ebeko eruption… -12 hours = moon on longitude 71’37’W Valparaiso
18th July 12:00:50 UTC – M 5.0 South of Kermadec Islands… actual = sunrise in Bio-Bio + sunrise on post seismic M 7.4 Oaxaca, Mexico of 23rd June19th July 00:00 UTC – Mt Stromboli eruption… -12 hours = same as 18th July !
During the Full Moon period of 5th June, sunset and the RLT where located off this stretch of Chile coastline at approximately 21:48 UTC… but on this occasion, correlating influence was focused elsewhere. At 18:49 UTC on this day, a partial lunar eclipse was in progress, and it was both sunrise and moonset on coordinates 177’49’W – 33’16’S, pre seismic location of the M 7.4 South of Kermadec Islands epicentre, which occurred 13 days later on 18th June.
Exactly one month later during another Full Moon day on 5th July, at 08:04 UTC sunset and the RLT where located on coordinates 145’45’E – 7’50’S, pre seismic M 7.0 Eastern Papua New Guinea epicentre, which occurred 12 days later on 17th July. Going back to New Moon day on 22nd May, at 11:52 UTC, it was both sunrise and moonrise on coordinates 95’54’W – 16’00’N, pre seismic location of the M 7.4 Oaxaca, Mexico epicentre, which occurred 32 days later on 23rd June… it was also sunrise in Bio-Bio at this time.
Conclusion is that it may be Chile’s turn, due to a double correlation on the same day… as per my methodology of course. History of this region reflects my choice of magnitude, and period gives an opportunity to enter the contest… but it is the science that matters most !

This event places my double hit theory into question !
