    Analysis…

On 9th October between times 22:32 UTC – 23:00 UTC, the moon was central on the sunrise threshold for “Last Quarter” moon phase… and remained at this position for the duration of this period. At 23:00 UTC 9th October, it was sunrise on the stated forecast coordinates !

On 19th October at 13:45 UTC, a “significant” aspect change occurred in the ACE Magnetic data. A corresponding aspect change also occurred in the SWEPAM data… namely solar wind speed and density. At 13:45 UTC, it was moonset on the stated forecast coordinates !
