Location: Gulf of the Farallones, San Francisco … 122’46’W – 37’40’N

    Magnitude: 4.5 – 5.8

    Margin: 300 Radial Kilometres

Period: From 04:30 UTC October 29, for 5 days

At 01:29 UTC 19th Oct, Mt Sakurajima volcano, Kyushu exploded. At this time, the SLT was located on volcanos Mt Karymsky, Mt Opala, Mt Ebeko in Kamchatka, and Mt Kaikoke in the Kuril Islands region. Also at this time, it was sunset on the posted forecast coordinates.

At 19:56 UTC 19th Oct, Mt Sakurajima erupted. Again at this time, it was sunrise on volcanos Mt Klyuchevskoy and Mt Karymsky, Kamchatka. Sunrise on Mt Manam in Papua New Guinea. The sun was located on longitude 122’46’W, and it was moonset on the posted forecast coordinates.

On 21st Oct at 02:52:30 UTC, an M 6.4 event occurred in Vanuatu… the ATE was located on the posted forecast coordinates at this time.

On 23rd Oct at 16:08:14 UTC, an M 6.3 event occurred North of Ascension Island… the moon was located on longitude 122’23’W at this time.

At 02:42:41 UTC today (29th) an M 5.8 event occurred in Mindanao, Philippines, which would be regarded as a notable aftershock related to the M 6.6 event of the same location 98 minutes earlier… the ATE was located on the posted forecast coordinates at the time of this event.

The Farallones Gulf seems a bit off the seismic track for this region… but this is where my calculations correlate too !

At 01:10 UTC 3rd Nov, the ATE was located on the M 6.1 South sandwich Islands epicentre of 2nd Nov… the ATB was located on the M 3+ Mayotte Island epicentres… the moon was located on longitude 122’35’W… and it was sunset in the San Francisco Bay Area !

If a seismic event has not been forthcoming by the current expiry time of this forecast at 04:30 UTC (way past my bed time in the UK 🙂 ), then forecast will continue for a further 5 days.

I posted the previous statement because I had to retire to bed, then couldn’t sleep for an hour because the “combination” time kept bugging me. I had seen an approximation of this recently, and couldn’t remember where… until now !

On 31st October at 01:11:18 UTC, an M 6.5 event occurred in Mindanao, Philippines… it was therefore sunset in the San Francisco Bay Area at this time !!

Must be an age thing… 🙁

ACE has recorded anomalies in the EPAM Proton monitor today 25th Nov…

First peak at 13:45 UTC coincided with the RLT located in the Gulf of the Farallones, San Francisco, or moonrise in the Bay Area. Second peak at 14:40 UTC coincided with sunrise in Ventura, California. A spike originating from the 1060-1900 keV range, coincided with the ATB located on the M 6.6 – M 6.2 Tonga epicentres of 4th – 11th November respectively.

ACE recorded a significant aspect change in the MAG data today 25th Nov at 19:16 UTC (as observed in the 2 hour window)… most significant I have noted since 21st Nov. The moon was located on longitude 122’30’W at this time !

The aforementioned ACE aspect change at 19:16 UTC 25th Nov, returned to its original trace format at 00:36 UTC 26th Nov. It was moonset in the Oakland, Berkley and San Pablo regions of San Francisco at this time. This leaves no doubt in my mind that a pre seismic anomaly of magnitude 4.5 or greater, resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. And as I have been tracking the data, correlated to this region for nearly a month… I believe the milk is about to boil over the rim of the saucepan !!

An explosive event occurred from Mt Sakurajima volcano, Kyushu, Japan today at 02:04 UTC (28th). The USNO tool I normally use is currently offline, but my model shows that the ATB was located on Erat Ale volcano in Ethiopia at this time… and it was moonset in the San Francisco Bay area.

At 02:55 UTC 26th Nov, it was moonrise on Erat Ale volcano, Ethiopia… M 6.4 Albania !

    A little trivia…

On 27th Nov between times 16:03:25 UTC – 16:13:44 UTC, the sun and moon shared the same lateral position of 21’09’S for the duration of this period. At 16:04 UTC on this day, the ATE was located on Erat Ale volcano in Ethiopia… and it was moonrise in Oakland and Hayward, in the San Francisco Bay Area !

Mt Sakurajima exploded today at 19:40 UTC (1st Dec). The sun was located on longitude 117’44’W at this time, and therefore it was solar noon in Ridgecrest, CA. Theory goes that it will be sunset in Ridgecrest at 00:38 UTC 2nd Dec, and the moon will be located on longitude 122’03’W = Hayward, San Francisco Bay area !

I had not seen any further seismic or volcanic correlations, related to San Francisco since my post of 29th Nov. Possibilities existed that either this quiet period was the calm before the storm, or, there was nothing here to begin with. However, an aspect change has just been recorded in the Tromso Magnetometer data… with an approximate commencement time of 22:00 UTC 6th Dec (most significant in last 3 days). This is just short of moonrise time in the San Francisco Bay area, but signal accuracy is always questionable with this data, because it displays a 24 hour window. Thus, a combination theory I happened upon describes moonrise occurring in Hayward, San Francisco at 22:02 UTC 6th Dec, and sunrise occurring at Mt Sakurajima volcano in Kyushu, Japan at the same time !. Mt Sakurajuima volcano has been in focus with several of my forecasts recently, including this one. So I will give San Francisco the benefit of a doubt one more time… or my last 5 days actually.
