M5.9 – 86km WSW of Constitucion, Chile 2017-07-04 16:05:58 UTC at a depth of 13.0 km. Direction of energy transmigration also correct [South of deeper epicenters at the time of posting. I personally believe this type of knowledge is a very important aspect and is of much value. Note: I do not consider a shallower, lower magnitude earthquake that happens to occur the other direction than what the forecast called for, unless it is equal or higher magnitude, but keep in mind the 2nd equal EQ may have a different explanation: How earthquakes can trigger copycat quakes 1000 kilometres away https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn28200-how-earthquakes-can-trigger-copycat-quakes-1000-kilometres-away/
But most cases is true to this type of fore shock science e g Southwest Pacific, ET direction to the NW, West, and to a lesser extent, South. South America the general trend is to the South of the initial deep seismic shock and while may/ may not show relation between the 2 quakes Related tectonic shocks do not occur chaotically, but in an orderly way.
Please note: The statement above is not meant to discredit any other versions in use of the “short term ET forecast” As figure as the one who first who chose to modify in an attempt to improve the original “Blot” version, I am just making notes on how the short term method was in its original form, which I used successfully for most the the development period while I worked out kinks [and still am]Note some exceptions can include, but not limited to: nearby recent extremely powerful earthquakes nearby and/or volcano eruption or activity,
