    Ocean Factors waves 3 feet at 11 seconds 240 degrees

    Detractors: Tropical Storm Irwin West of the tip of Baja , CA

    many a small earthquakes hitting the target zone up and down the quake alert area here, we shall see the power of the new moon on this area.
