Reasons, quake on Cascadia faultline/on going, more large storm system/low pressure systems from offshore Pacific impacting Oregon and California’s coastlines. Area shows red star burst, no sign of blot echo in Risk Map tool. Increasing snow cover in mountains. Solar impacts mid week increase factors as well. Ongoing 5+ quakes to north (vancouver) and south (central america) in past days suggest pressure on faultlines.
