Location of Jupiter. Extended date earlier to include the full moon. If I had to say more precisely I would say more towards the 21st-22nd.
I will stick with my rationale because there was the swarm of 5’s near Burma the last time I used this rationale, which is much better than a large quake but I still think it was a decent prediction. I haven’t predicted anything else because I really feel there is a correlation between 2005 and 2017 because of the location of Jupiter. We may have some big ones this fall.
