Ben, I just took in the info on the contest video, thanks. You have seen how I’ve taken this seriously. I was going to ask you publicly about the OLR map being down – this is a handicap to determining alert locations. I figure it must be because of the govt shutdown – and bad timing!
1. Is there any other source for the OLR you can use here?
2. Also, I’m wondering about the locations I have already listed for time frame 1/2 – 1/22; can I take any of those and use in my new first forecast for the contest, with the min 6.5+ ?
3. Can we make only one 7day time frame prediction per 7day week period, or is it permitted to look for more alert locs with fresh 20 percentages before those 7 days are expired? In other words, may I post two or more forecasts in a 7 day time period, as long as there are not same locations and time frames?
