Highest Alerts set for two areas:
So. NZL and Vanuatu for potential 6.0- 8.5 event. Highest probability of a strong event is between 2/18/18 14:00UTC – 2/20/18 00:00UTC Time.
Russia – same as NZL alert except highest probability falls between 2/16/18 21:37UTC – 2/18/18 04:00UTC Time.
