I’m submitting a successful prediction claim for the latest M6.2 tonight; epicenter is Pondaguitan, Philippines;
time stamp: 09/28/19, 19:02 PST

My prediction was set at Caraga with an
M5.0 – M6.4 and 300km range, and radius window.
The quake was 181 km away from Caraga.
