In area EQ and tsunami history(am reading it) the southern area of the Cascadia fault may go before the locked upper region, and can be a trigger. Risk Map indicates area of concern, OLR shows anomoly (6/21) in the northern Tier states (midUSA). Small but intense low pressure system (lightening over Cascade areas/Western coastlines) forms, pushing out high pressure systems to the SW and then goes to shore right over the coordinates given around the 25th. With the quake off CA, the above are suggestive of an upcoming event to the north.
