Follow-up to March 22. Based upon westward progression of potential last evidenced by blot echo in Greece; upon convergence of strong atmospheric low south of Greenland and the persistent atmospheric high west of Spain; and upon lull in movement in this region relative to the opposite side of the planet. Recent induction from the coronal hole stream, as well as oblique perturbations originating from flares and filament eruptions from the new active solar regions suggest that the refractive effects of Venus will intensify in the next few days.
