I was wanting to mimic something from lesters bag of tools with moon phases/location and found this site

    https://www.timeanddate.com/astronomy/moon/light.html?iso=20190820T0748

the idea was to walk the moon location forward to the time i match up other values, not sure if i want the moon sitting on top of the area in question or if i want the moon a little before or after, that is something i still need to read on, any ideas or links that will help would be good.

    thank you for your time

    Fred

I just read a paper discussing Moon position and Sun position. The evidence suggests that when the Moon is at it’s Perigree and during the New Moon are the most intense tidal forcing periods which corresponds to a statistically significant indicator, and the Seasons as well as Night and Day play a part. In the Northern Hemi, quakes are more frequent in Spring and summer, the Moon has a greater effect on the Southern Hemisphere…
