An observation…
On 5th August at 10:28 UTC, it will be moonrise on Mt Kilauea, Hawaii on co-ordinates 155’17’W – 19’24’N… the sun will be located on longitude 24’30’E at this time. Exactly “12 hours” later at 22:28 UTC, it will be solar noon on Mt Kilauea on the co-ordinates stated, and sunrise on the M 6.4 Lombok Island, Indonesia epicentre (28th July). It will also be moonrise on longitude 24’30’E, combining this with the suns longitude “12 hours” earlier, calculates as solar noon / moonrise on co-ordinates 24’30’E – 35’51’N Crete, Greece.
At 13:40:20 UTC today, a 3.2 event occurred on co-ordinates 24’30’E – 35’25’N Crete, Greece. The event itself is insignificant on the seismic scale, but if you deduct a sidereal day from this event time, it calculates as 01:44:16 UTC. At this time, it was solar noon on Mt Taraka, Bougainville Island… and moonset in West Sumatra on the co-ordinates of this forecast !
Calculated times are only as accurate as the times displayed in the online websites posted above, a 1 minute difference would change the Crete co-ordinates in the 5th August scenario, to the same location as today’s 3.2 event.
Thank you…

If you deduct a “sidereal” day from this event time (23 hours, 56 minutes, 4 seconds), it calculates as 10:26:49 UTC. The sun was located on longitude 24’55’E at this time… the opposite longitude calculates as 155’05’W Volcano, Hawaii. The M 6.9 Volcano, Hawaii epicentre (4th May) is located on longitude 155’03’W (ref; West Sumatra Forecast).

Perhaps I should have included a third reason; significant earthquakes from the past can leave a signature in Earth’s magnetic field, which can influence seismic activity in the present… but who would believe that ?

I have always had a casual interest in Inca and Aztec cultures…I learned something new today, thank you for sharing this here.
The description I posted above has a couple of drawback, Firstly it can only be considered as a hypothetical scenario, based on post seismic terminator interactions. It focuses on the possibility of a seismic anomaly being present in the West coast region of Luzon, Philippines. The calculations are a combination of times related to elements that appear to be in the right place at the right time… so always looks good on paper. In reality, there have currently been no indications in magnetic field data to support this hypothesis, but it will be interesting to see if this changes in the near future.
Secondly, the description is suggestive of seismic self-propagation i.e energy transfer from pre and post seismic locations is conducted via multiple terminator threshold contacts. My San Francisco blunder relating to the 6.4 Eggermango Island, Vanuatu event is testament to my belief that this is the case !. But again in reality, any peer review paper on seismic occurrences related to changes in light frequency, is not going to be entertained by the scientific community.
Here is another hypothetical scenario that became a reality !

23rd April 20:34 UTC – posted 5 -6.2 forecast for Island of Hawaii… based on terminator contacts with intended targetThere are many different theories how and why earthquakes occur… be kinda funny if it was related to the same reason why we go to bed at “Dusk” and rise at “Dawn” !

In my post of 16th July 12:51 am (above), I quoted a correlation between Mt Ulawun volcano P.N.G. and Ontario, Los Angeles would occur at 12:53 UTC today (18th July). There was no indication to this effect in the online space data, however at 00:53 UTC today (exactly 12 hours earlier) it was Moonrise on the pre-seismic M 5.3 ENE of Angoram P.N.G. epicentre. Dawn occurred at this location today at 19:12 UTC… it was moonrise on the M 5.4 Santa Cruz Island, Channel Islands, CA epicentre (5th April) at this time !

RSOE reported a power outage had occurred in the counties of Monroe & Orleans, State of New York at 04:17 UTC today (17th). The co-ordinates posted are for Hilton, Monroe on 77.750’W – 43.280’N. My model found no plausible scenario for the event time, but it did find a couple of repeating correlations !
00:50 UTC – it was sunset in Hilton, Monroe at this time, the sun was located on longitude 169’02’E… the M 6.4 Erromango, Vanuatu earthquake (13th July) occurred on longitude 169’05’E, therefore it was solar noon on this epicentre at this time.
03:29 UTC – it was moonrise in Hilton, Monroe…and sunset in Castro Valley, San Francisco Bay area !

A 5.2 seismic event has occurred in the Wallis and Futuna region today at 22:48:54 UTC… the moon was located on longitude 119’53’W, which is the same longitude as West side Santa Cruz Island, Channel Islands, California. RSOE posted an update yesterday at 05:13 UTC related to the ongoing power outage in Downtown Los Angeles, which has affected 76,000 people (ref; July 9 6:27 pm above – section 9th July 12:02 UTC). If a seismic anomaly is present in the Channel Islands region… it may continue to keep blowing fuses in LA until it manifests itself as an actual event !
A 3.0 event occurred today in the San Francisco Bay area at 18:52:57 UTC, a quick calculation shows it was dawn on Mt Ulawun Volcano, West New Britain Province, P.N.G. at this time. Including the Wallis and Futuna event time of 22:49 UTC in the equation, and it corresponds to moonrise on Mt Ulawun Volcano on co-ordinates 151’19’E – 05’02’S.
On 18th July at 12:53 UTC, it will be moonset on Mt Ulawun Volcano on the co-ordinates stated…and sunrise in Ontario, Los Angeles !!
