Adjustment to forecast…
co-ordinates reset as 82’01’W – 20’36’N Northern Caribbean Sea
Magnitude reset as 6+ with no cap
These co-ordinates are 120 km’s Southeast of Isla De La Juventud, Cuba. The ACE satellite resumed operation at 01:35 UTC today, it was dusk (night) here at this time. Combined with other data sets I have accumulated since 1st July, every thing points to “X marks the spot” at this location. I am also crediting my calculations in-part to my good friend Counselor Gimber, for posting some very significant TEC data several days ago… this will also extend to any positive results from this forecast !

An observation…
A significant aspect change occurred in the ACE satellite MAG data today at 16:02 UTC… this time coincided with dusk (night) on the Mayotte epicentres, on co-ordinates 45’41’E – 13’01’S. Sunrise occurred on these co-ordinates today at 03:20 UTC, it was also sunrise at this time on Orafajokull Volcano, Iceland (on the co-ordinates posted by RSOE), which commenced activity at 05:22 UTC on this day. Further to this, sunset occurred today on the Mayotte co-ordinates stated at 14:47 UTC… it was moonrise at this time in Millsmont, San Francisco Bay area, California (ref Samoa / California / San Francisco forecasts)… !

RSOE is reporting a “critical infrastructure disruption” has occurred in Owensboro, State of Kentucky at 03:35 UTC today (11th)… no indication what this relates too, and no cause of event listed.
10th July 10:37 UTC – it was sunrise in Owensboro, Kentucky… and moonrise in the San Francisco Bay area at this time.
10th July 17:54 UTC – it was solar noon in Owensboro, Kentucky… and the moon was located on longitude 122’49’W (San Francisco)
11th July 03:05 UTC – dusk (night) occurred in Owensboro, Kentucky… it was sunset at this time in Ontario, Los Angeles !
11th July 03:35 UTC – CID occurs in Owensboro, Kentucky… it was sunset in the San Francisco Bay area !!

Score: 0115 ptslesterJuly 10, 2018 at 4:21 pm #4987Blown 🙁 … events in Mayotte have been occurring with frequency, so when I saw a stronger than average ACE contact at 14:44 UTC 8th July, I related this with sunset at this location, and a possible higher mag event. Unfortunately for me, it was also dusk on the pre-seismic M 5.6 Southwest Indian Ridge epicentre at this time !

10th July 08:12 UTC – a power outage has occurred in Las Vagas, Nevada… RSOE has listed this as being related to severe weather. At 08:12 UTC today, the sun was located on longitude 58’21’E (58.349’E), the M 5.6 Southwest Indian Ridge event which occurred today at 10:26:21 UTC, was located on co-ordinates 58.349’E – 31.595’S (USGS) !!

9th July 09:59 UTC – it was moonset on the pre-seismic M 5.6 Southwest Indian Ridge epicentre… it was also sunrise in San Sebastian, West Puerto Rico at this time.
9th July 16:34 UTC – it was solar noon in San Sebastian, West Puerto Rico… at 16:34:33 UTC, the moon was located on longitude 117’34’W (Ontario, Los Angeles).
9th July 23:08 UTC – it was sunset in San Sebastian, West Puerto Rico, “12 hours” later at 11:08:37 UTC 10th July, a 3.5 event occurred on 117’34’W Ontario, Los Angeles… Dawn in Downtown Los Angeles occurred today (10th) at 11:08 UTC !
10th July 04:30 UTC – a significant power outage occurred in Puerto Rico… RSOE has listed this power outage as being related to Hurricane Beryl. Alternatively, it was solar noon in Las Orquidias,East Puerto Rico on longitude 66’09’W at 16:30 UTC 9th July, at 04:30 UTC today (10th) the sun was located on longitude 113’51’E… the opposite longitude calculates as 66’09’W Las Orquidias, East Puerto Rico !

2nd July 05:42 UTC – It was Sunset on co-ordinates 179’11’W – 13’25’S Wallis & Futuna at this time. It was also sunset on co-ordinates 176’08’W – 6’05’S Kiribati Region, South Pacific (approx 850 km’s NNE of Wallis & Futuna). This is the pre-seismic location the moon occupies during the M 5.5 Port Olry, Vanuatu event on 4th July. Further to this, it was also moonrise at 05:42 UTC on co-ordinates 118’14’W – 34’03’N Downtown, Los Angeles.
4th July 16:37:04 UTC – as previously stated, this is the event time of the M 5.5 Port Olry, Vanuatu earthquake.
9th July 02:53:46 UTC – a 3.0 event occurred NNE of Van Horn,Texas, after a 2.5+ absence of 29 hours 4 minutes… at 02:52 UTC, it was moonset in Port Olry,Vanuatu.
9th July 12:02 UTC – a significant power outage occurred in the Downtown Los Angeles area (RSOE). The sun was located on longitude 0’49’E at this time… the opposite longitude to this calculates as 179’11’W (Wallis & Futuna).
9th July 16:37:17 UTC – At this time, the moon was located on longitude 118’14’W (Downtown Los Angeles)… the time is reminiscent of the Port Olry, Vanuatu event time on 4th July.
13th July 03:11 UTC – Both the sun and moon will be located on longitude 133’41’E, therefore “New Moon”. It will also be sunset at this time on the M 5.3 Santa Cruz, Channel Islands epicentre which occurred on 5th April… this observation suggests my co-ordinates for this particular forecast may be a little further West than they should be.
The only negative observation I see here, is that 13th July is on a Friday 🙁 … thank you.

RSOE has listed the power outage in Los Angeles as a “heatwave” related event !!
